GRANTS PASS, OR. — Rentec Direct, a leading property management software company based in Grants Pass, has been recognized on the national stage with a Gold Globee® Award for Achievement in Cloud Computing and SaaS at the 10th Annual 2025 Globee Awards for Achievement. The recognition places the Southern Oregon firm among the top innovators in the country when it comes to business performance and technological advancement.
The Globee Awards, judged by a panel of more than 450 industry experts, celebrate excellence across industries in categories ranging from innovation and leadership to customer impact. Rentec Direct stood out for its cutting-edge work in the property management sector, earning top marks for security, client responsiveness, and forward-thinking design.
Among the highlights that drew judges’ attention was the company’s development of the first passkey authentication feature within property management software — a move that enhances digital security for both landlords and tenants. Additionally, Rentec recently launched a new mobile app, extending secure, remote access for users and emphasizing its focus on real-world usability.
Industry observers note that Rentec has built its reputation by staying ahead of trends and responding directly to feedback from its user base. In an era when property managers and landlords are increasingly relying on digital tools to navigate complex markets, Rentec has pushed the envelope in both functionality and security.
The company’s president and founder, Nathan Miller, attributed the success to a focus on addressing the challenges real estate professionals face on the ground. “Every tool we release is designed with our clients’ day-to-day operations in mind,” he said. “Whether it’s simplifying rent collection, securing sensitive data, or improving mobile usability, we aim to provide real, lasting value.”
This latest award adds to a growing list of national accolades for Rentec Direct in 2025. The company recently earned top honors at the American Business Awards, including Real Estate Company of the Year and recognition for its customer service team. Miller himself was named Best Entrepreneur — a nod to his leadership in transforming the small-town startup into a major player on the national software stage.
The Globee Awards received more than 450 nominations this year from across the United States. Organizers emphasized that winners represent a high standard of innovation and operational excellence.
For a company that started in Southern Oregon, Rentec Direct’s recognition demonstrates that innovation and impact aren’t limited to Silicon Valley. As the software landscape continues to evolve, Rentec shows no signs of slowing down, bringing national attention to a Grants Pass business that’s helping redefine the tools of modern property management.
