Grants Pass residents can look forward to a revamped dining experience as Fresh & Fit undergoes a transformation, rebranding itself as “Fresh & Frozen.” Located next to Planet Fitness, the eatery is set to unveil a new look, an expanded menu, and a fresh focus on health-conscious options. The restaurant, now owned by Nick Wieland and Sal Lamanna, promises to cater to a wide range of dietary preferences while offering indulgent treats.
Fresh & Frozen’s menu will feature a self-serve frozen yogurt bar complete with unlimited toppings, ideal for those seeking a sweet yet customizable dessert option. For health-focused customers, the restaurant will also serve smoothies, açaí bowls, and cold-pressed juices made from fresh ingredients. Additionally, the menu will include meal prep plans, allowing patrons to take home nutritious, ready-made meals.
Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the addition of specialty drinks, including lattes and Nelly’s Cuban coffee, a nod to the owners’ commitment to high-quality, flavorful options.
The grand reopening will take place on Friday, October 25, and Saturday, October 26. To celebrate, Fresh & Frozen is offering a 50% discount on all items for both days. Visitors will also have the chance to enter a raffle for a gift card, providing a fun incentive to explore the new offerings.
The new operating hours for Fresh & Frozen are as follows: Closed on Mondays, open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
With its modernized menu and expanded options, Fresh & Frozen aims to become a go-to destination for tasty and nutritious meals in the Grants Pass community.
