(Redding, CA) – Family dining franchise Black Bear Diner has recently expanded its presence in the United States, opening three new locations, two in Texas and one in Arizona. CEO Anita Adams expressed enthusiasm, stating that these openings have propelled the company into 2024 with significant momentum. Adams attributed this success to the dedication of franchise partners and team members nationwide.
Adams emphasized the company’s commitment to its strategic expansion plans, aiming to offer its signature home-style comfort food and exceptional guest service across the country. The new diners have undergone building modifications and design enhancements to optimize takeout and delivery services while maintaining the dine-in experience. These modifications include the addition of an exterior delivery and pick-up window to facilitate off-premise orders.
With these recent additions, Black Bear Diner now operates 159 locations, with plans for an additional 14 outlets to open in 2024. Additionally, in August 2023, the chain inaugurated a new diner in Tonopah, Arizona, marking the eighth collaboration with franchise partner TravelCenters of America.
