The City of Grants Pass is inviting residents to apply for two open positions on its Budget Committee. These roles, each with a three-year term, will expire on December 31, 2027. The application deadline is 5 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024.
The Budget Committee plays a critical role in the city’s financial planning process. Members review the Recommended Budget and work to approve a final budget for consideration by the City Council. The committee is composed of an equal mix of elected officials and members of the community, fostering a broad range of perspectives and ensuring community voices are represented in financial decision-making.
Eligibility
Applicants must be both residents and registered voters within the City of Grants Pass.

Selection Process
Candidates will be interviewed by the City Council on Monday, January 13, 2025. Appointments to the committee will be finalized during the City Council meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
