The Pathways to Stability Project is hosting an important Town Hall event on Monday, April 21st, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Calvary Chapel, located at 269 W. Harbeck Road in Grants Pass. The event, which is open to all members of the community, invites residents, business owners, nonprofit organizations, and local leaders to join the conversation about homelessness in Grants Pass and the solutions being put in place to address this pressing issue. Refreshments will be provided to attendees.
The Pathways to Stability Project aims to provide a comprehensive approach to the homelessness crisis in Grants Pass, and this Town Hall will serve as a platform to discuss current efforts, future plans, and ways the community can get involved. A key focus of the meeting will be the introduction of the Stepping Stones Stabilization Center, a new initiative designed to offer a sustainable, compassionate, and structured solution for those experiencing homelessness.
“This is a community-wide problem that requires community-wide solutions,” said Jeromy Ford, organizer of the Pathways to Stability Project. “Now is the time for all of us—neighbors, leaders, and organizations—to come together and build a path forward for those who need it most.”
The Town Hall will feature a variety of perspectives, including presentations from city officials, local nonprofit representatives, and members of the Pathways to Stability leadership team. Topics covered will include an overview of the Pathways to Stability Project, details of the Stepping Stones Stabilization Center, and a discussion on how local businesses and residents can get involved in addressing homelessness.
The meeting will also highlight opportunities for community members to become engaged in this important cause through volunteering, partnerships, and participation in leadership committees.
Whether you are a concerned citizen, business owner, or service provider, the Pathways to Stability Town Hall is an opportunity to learn more about the issue of homelessness in Grants Pass and how you can play a part in creating long-lasting solutions.
