Starting Wednesday, August 21, 2024, Leonard Road in front of Redwood Elementary School will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. This closure will remain in effect through Friday, August 23, 2024, during the same hours. The road closure is necessary for the installation of a new water line.
During the closure, only teachers and staff of Redwood Elementary will be allowed access. All other traffic will be detoured around the area. Flaggers will be present to guide motorists, and detours will be clearly marked.
Motorists are advised to remain cautious and stay alert for changing road conditions in the area. Please note that emergency vehicles will not be permitted through the closed section of Leonard Road during this time.
