Rentec Direct, a leading property management software company headquartered in downtown Grants Pass, continues its commitment to giving back to the community this holiday season. The company, which has deep roots in Southern Oregon, is partnering with multiple regional organizations to support local children, teens, adults, and families in need, helping to build a stronger and more connected community.
2024 marks Rentec Direct’s sixth year participating in the Jackson County Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program. This annual initiative connects donors with children in need to provide Christmas gifts and spread holiday cheer. Hosting an Angel Tree at its Grants Pass headquarters has become a cherished tradition for Rentec Direct employees, who eagerly adopt multiple “angels” each year. Over the past six years, their contributions have brightened the holidays for nearly 100 local children and their families.
In addition to the Angel Tree program, Rentec Direct employee Sha Lehmberg serves as Josephine County’s coordinator for the Toys for Tots program, a vital holiday initiative that collected $13,000 in donations, distributed 3,951 toys, and supported 1,449 children in 2023. Rentec Direct further supports this cause by hosting a Toys for Tots collection event at its annual holiday party, encouraging a spirit of generosity among employees and community members.

This year, Rentec Direct is also a sponsor of the 22nd Annual Rogue Winterfest, Josephine County’s largest holiday festival, which benefits local mental health organizations. The event helps provide over 15,000 individuals with access to critical mental health services and care, improving the overall health and well-being of the Rogue Valley community.
In recognition of its ongoing community engagement, Rentec Direct was recently honored as a Community Champion by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a distinction that celebrates the company’s impressive growth and its positive impact on the local area.
