In the aftermath of the disclosure of early results from the Iowa caucuses on Monday night, Vivek Ramaswamy took the decision to suspend his 2024 presidential campaign.
The released results indicated that former President Donald Trump held a significant lead with more than 51% of the votes. Trump’s rivals, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley, followed with 21% and 19% of the votes, respectively.
