Why spend spring break on the beach when you can have an unforgettable adventure on the mountain? This week at Mt. Ashland we’re kicking off the season with a fresh blanket of powder and a whole lot of excitement.
Over the past few days, our slopes have been blessed with 7 inches of fresh, fluffy snow on the lower mountain, most of it arriving Wednesday and continuing overnight. Today, skiing and riding conditions are nothing short of fabulous, promising endless thrills for all enthusiasts. And the good news doesn’t stop there – we’re anticipating even more snowfall throughout the day, with forecasts ranging from 3 to 7 inches, and a possibility of additional snow tonight. As we transition into April, keep a close watch on our operating schedule for any changes in hours. Please note that starting next week, Mt. A will be closed Mondays through Thursdays.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday brings a 20% chance of snow showers, alongside partly sunny skies and a high near 38 degrees. Sunday, on the other hand, promises radiant sunshine and a high near 37, setting the stage for an incredible day of adventure, highlighted by The Great Mt. A Egg Hunt! Check out the details of this weekend’s events below.
