Two years ago, I made a decision that changed my life. I quit drinking alcohol, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better—mentally and physically. I wake up each day feeling energized and ready to tackle whatever comes my way. The sluggishness and lethargy that were once my constant companions are now distant memories.
