Chief Hensman’s illustrious career began in 1990 when he enlisted in the United States Air Force, proudly serving his country for eight years. Following his military service, he transitioned to policing, accumulating 24 years of invaluable experience across four police agencies. His journey led him through the Alpharetta Police Department in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, and the Ashland Police Department, before ultimately finding a home at the Grants Pass Police Department.
