New Hampshire, Donald Trump won the Republican primary election, as projected with 14% of the expected vote counted, Trump had 52.3%, while former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley had 46.6%. Haley had hoped to win with support from independent voters in the state but fell short. The next primary is set for Feb. 24 in South Carolina, where Haley has strong connections. However, Trump has received endorsements from most of the state’s Republican figures and holds a significant lead in polls.
