The Applegate River Golf Club is set to host the annual Jim Hess Memorial Golf Tournament on July 4, 2024, in fond memory of Jim Hess, who was born on January 8, 1927, and passed away on July 4, 2011. This cherished event, commemorating Hess’s legacy, will kick off at 9:00 AM with a shotgun start.
Golfers are invited to form four-person teams to compete in the tournament, which will feature four closest-to-the-pin (KP) contests and one long drive challenge. Participants can look forward to a day filled with camaraderie and spirited competition.
Entry fees are set at $50 for members and $60 for non-members, with an additional $10 cart fee. Lunch will be provided at the turn to ensure players are fueled for the day.
